Our approach

We stock a small number of pieces that live on the bench rather than in a drawer. Orders go out from Dania Beach within 2 business days. Send anything back within 30 days if it isn't right.

Small range, always in stock

We carry 12 pieces across 5 categories, between $25.00 and $125.00. Staying small is what allows us to keep every piece on the shelf and to replace one broken plate two years down the line. That replacement is what keeps a set in the kitchen instead of in a box.

Materials

We use cast iron and carbon steel for pans, stoneware and glazed ceramic for the table, machine-made glass for tumblers, and stonewashed linen and yarn-dyed cotton for textiles. Every material is picked because it survives daily heat, daily washing and the odd knock against the tap.

Care and wear

Seasoned iron goes dark, reactive glaze varies from piece to piece, and linen softens with each wash. Those aren't defects, and we say so on the product page instead of dealing with it as a complaint later. Care instructions sit on every listing, not on a leaflet headed for the bin.
